Ich startete im März mit einem Praktikum bei Evonik im Bereich Talent Acquisition - mitten in der Corona Pandemie. Dieses Praktikum war eine sehr einschneidende Erfahrung für mich und hatte einen großen Einfluss auf mein Leben, da ich zum ersten Mal spürte: "Das ist der Job, den ich zukünftig machen möchte!". Was mich vor allem bei Evonik motiviert und mir jeden Tag Freude bereitet sind die Menschen. Die Arbeit in einem tollen Team und auch die gelegentlichen "Kaffeegespräche" zeigen mir immer wieder wie wichtig diese sozialen Kontakte sind und wie außergewöhnlich der Teamspirit hier bei Evonik ist. Gegenseitige Inspiration, Leidenschaft für das, was wir tun, und der Spaß an der täglichen Arbeit - und ich bin ein Teil davon.
