Employer branding onboarding...check.
It has been week two of my onboarding to the Employer Branding team as my second IPREP rotation. So far I am loving every bit of it! I have spent time setting up one-on-one meetings with my new team members to get to know them and their roles on a personal level. Just because my on-boarding to a new international team has been virtual, it doesn't mean that it has been any less impactful!
All large organisations are facing the same challenges: how do you communicate to large groups? We were testing a new channel-moving away from face to face to virtual channels. Participation and attendance from our global colleagues in a virtual room. It worked!
