#HumanChemistry receives several awards in Asia
Human Resources Magazine's prestigious Asia Recruitment Awards honored the HumanChemistry employer branding campaign twice
Evonik won silver in the "Best Employer Brand Development" category for the China region at the awards ceremony in Hong Kong. One day later, the team received the bronze award for the career website in the category "Best Recruiting Technology Tool" at the award ceremony for the Singapore region.
"The awards in Asia confirm the global relevance of our #HumanChemistry campaign, which focuses on our employees," says Thomas Wessel, Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Relations Director. „With our Employer Branding Initiative, we are sharpening our profile in all Evonik regions as an attractive employer worldwide.”
In Germany, the campaign, which was rolled out
worldwide in 2017, won the HR Excellence Award in the "Best Career
Website" category at the end of 2018 and took first place. In particular,
the #HumanChemistry area on the career website, where all employees can post,
and the recently launched Instagram channel help to present Evonik
authentically and attractively to all relevant target groups.
