Carlos works at the interface between Process Technology and Open Innovation at Evonik and is fulfilled professionally every day through the combination of technical knowledge and management. In his interview, the chemical engineer tells us why creativity, good teamwork and openness are important for developing new methods and innovations. With a strong team, Carlos is committed to establishing a creative environment at Evonik in which every employee feels like an innovator.
