What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I love to go on runs, practice yoga, spend time with friends, and cook.
If you could have lunch with anyone on this world, who would that person be and what would you ask him or her?
I would choose Eleanor Roosevelt! I would ask her what it was like to champion civil rights, women’s right, humanitarian concerns, and environmentalism during the Great Depression.
What's the first thing you do when you get to the office?
Coffee!
When you work with your team, what brings a smile to your face?
I love that the goal of the Employer Branding team is to amplify Evonik through employees and getting employees involved in sharing our #HumanChemistry with the world.
You are part of the IPREP – tell us shortly what is it/ why you do it?
IPREP stands for International Professional Rotational Enrichment Program. It is a two year-long program that is designed for recent college graduates to practice different job functions throughout Evonik. The international assignment and opportunity to fully practice a variety of career paths is what really drew me to apply for the program. Even though I can’t be working abroad currently due to Covid-19, I am still able to be a part of global team which has been a fantastic experience.
Which Evonik site did you always want to visit?
I would love to visit the Evonik site in New Zealand.
