What is your life motto? 

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with disappointment, enjoy every moment. 

What do you like to do in your free time? 

I like to enjoy my free time with my family and dedicating myself to learning English and guitar. 

What were your highlights during your job so far? What do you remember especially? 

My highlight was that I have already worked at another Evonik factory, which gave me the opportunity to learn about different manufacturing processes that involve batches and continuous processes.  I enjoy being able to work in different regions of Brazil and I remember the great friendships I conquered so far. 

Which BVB football player would you like to meet personally and why?      

Marco Reus, because he is a great player and who was featured player in the last world cup.     

What does team spirit mean to you? What do you appreciate most about your colleagues?  

It is very important to have a harmonious work environment, to be able to take care of each other and together achieve our personal and professional goals. My colleagues are great partners with whom I share great moments inside and outside the company. 

What would you tell someone coming to Brazil for the first time about Brazil as your home country? 

As I'm from Espírito Santo, I can't forget to say then: When you get to Brazil, be sure to visit the State of Espírito Santo and visit its beautiful beaches and taste the delicious Moqueca Capixaba. 

Which Evonik site did you always want to visit? 

I have been studying English for four years and I’d like to visit a unit in the USA or Canada.
