Conditions of participation

1. The prize draw takes place from Friday, 05.12.2025 to Tuesday, 09.12.2025.

2. The prize draw is organized by Evonik Industries AG, Rellinghauser Straße 1-11, 45128 Essen, Germany. Email: employerbranding@evonik.com (hereinafter: "Evonik").

3. 3 jerseys will be raffled off. Therefore, three participants have the chance to win a jersey. The winners will be determined by the internal employer branding team. The winners will be notified of the prize by (business) direct message via Instagram and asked to provide their delivery address. Evonik reserves the right to make changes to the procedure.

4. To enter the prize draw, follow @evonikofficial on Instagram, like the post, tag two friends and tell us in your comment, why you need this shirt. By posting a comment, you confirm that you agree to take part in the prize draw.

5. Participation in the contest is voluntary, and prizes are not required to be accepted. Evonik Industries AG reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation from the prize draw.

6. The winners will be informed by direct message by 11.12.2025. The winners must report back via Instagram by Friday, 12.12.2025, 12:00 noon at the latest (local time Berlin, Germany). If a winner does not register in time, this prize will be raffled again among all participants in the competition.

7. The prize will be send out by Evonik Industries AG. Participant data may be passed on to the above-mentioned partners for the purpose of distributing the prize. Evonik is entitled to process the personal data received in connection with the prize draw, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract. The participant has a right to information and correction in accordance with the statutory provisions and may revoke his/her consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future, which will result in exclusion from the prize draw. After termination of the prize draw, all data provided by the participants will be deleted.

8. The prize is neither transferable nor can it be exchanged. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded.

9. Evonik reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw for unforeseen reasons without prior notice. This applies in particular if the prize draw cannot be carried out as planned, e.g. in the event of software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that impair the proper implementation of the determination of the prize winners.

10. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid provisions.

11. Evonik cannot influence the shipping process or delivery times. Evonik shall not be held responsible if a package is lost, delayed, or cannot be received by the winner.

Note on data protection:

We process the personal data provided by you exclusively for the purpose of awarding/determining the prize within the framework of the applicable data protection law - in this case, Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) - and delete it after the end of the prize draw. By participating, you have consented to the processing of your personal data. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to employerbranding@evonik.com - however, we will then unfortunately no longer be able to consider your participation in the current prize draw. Furthermore, we refer to your data subject rights according to Art. 12 to 21 DS-GVO and your right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
