Evonik’s Employer Branding team is excited to announce that once again in the North American region the money typically budgeted for career fair giveaways will be donated to university food pantries. The tradition started last year when university career fairs first became virtual due to COVID-19. At the same time, the pandemic heighted food insecurity on college campuses. As an organization, we hope that these donations are an example of how we are leading beyond chemistry and are able to impact the lives of students in a way that we never have before.

Employer Branding is making another charitable donation in place of giving away items to students at career fairs. $4,000 is being donated to Engineers Without Borders USA on behalf of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) virtual career fairs that took place mid-November.
