It has now been more than a month since I started my internship at Evonik in Employer Branding. In addition to my wonderful colleagues, I have already been able to work on many exciting projects. I am particularly fascinated by accompanying or supporting people stories. The conversations as well as the contact with people from different fields are not only very interesting, but also very different due to the diversity of the people. Especially the cultural and personal background literally make each people story unique. Through the experiences and different perspectives of these people, I have the privilege of gathering valuable insights and advice for my own professional career. I would like to thank the whole Employer Branding Team for their warmth and fantastic support.
Evonik’s Employer Branding team is excited to announce that once again in the North American region the money typically budgeted for career fair giveaways will be donated to university food pantries. The tradition started last year when university career fairs first became virtual due to COVID-19. At the same time, the pandemic heighted food insecurity on college campuses. As an organization, we hope that these donations are an example of how we are leading beyond chemistry and are able to impact the lives of students in a way that we never have before.
