Thinking back to the Evonik Ideation as part of the ONECulture initiative, a team of for of us, presenting our idea to a broad audience of executives and employees in a satirical way on stage dressed as penguins at the German Conference was so much fun.
Sometimes you really have to go beyond to drive a topic that is important to you... We definately did!
Today we welcomed our new colleagues into the first ever Virtual Onboarding Welcome Event. The three 90-minute sessions for Asia, Germany & EMEA and North, Central & South America were conducted using MS Teams and Slido and turned out to be very interactive and eye-opening, especially the part where the new comers were asked about their impressions about our culture at Evonik. Great job organizing Team Onboarding Virtual Event!
