It has rained for the past few weeks in Richmond, Virginia and the heat has been in the mid 90s Fahrenheit (mid 30s Celsius). Today is a beautiful, sunny day in the upper 70s (about 25 degrees Celsius), so it was a perfect break to take the dogs for a walk. The ground is so wet we have these gigantic mushrooms! Like many moms now, my week is spent working and providing instruction to my son since schools are closed. I love helping my children, but this Mother's Day, they came out and helped ME with a big gardening project I have wanted to finish.
