Happy Diwali! At our #Parsippany site, we decorated one of the conference rooms, got Mehendi (henna) tattoos and ate delicious food to celebrate the festival of lights. I had a lot of fun learning about the diversity of food, language and customs across India. I can't wait for the next holiday.
Shout out to my colleague Jeannie Lopez. She has a favorite order that our grill master Danny always makes for her; she's been ordering it for years. The cafe team memorialized it and advertised it to all employees today. What's in the Jeannie special? Grilled chicken, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, balsamic glaze. Yum yum!
