Process Technology & Engineering (TE-NA)

Delivering value across the North America region with innovative ideas and a fresh focus

TE-NA aims to make Evonik better with valuable contributions through technical leadership.  Specific to new hires, targeted and purposeful early career development prepares individuals for future roles of increasing responsibility and influence within Evonik.


TE-NA is a main source of engineering talent for Evonik.  Engineers that have started in TE-NA have gone on to lead businesses, worldwide operations, global supply chains, and innovation.  They have invented new processes, built plants, and utilized artificial intelligence in a variety of fields.


In TE-NA, newly hired engineers join the Engineering Talent Acquisition & Development (ETAD) group that first emphasizes general development on a variety of engineering skills.  After this initial development period, engineers rotate through focused development opportunities across multiple departments within TE-NA.  These experiences help deepen early career engineering development and better prepare engineers for their next roles within Evonik.
