Our trainee program in the field of communications is a two-year comprehensive training program in the various areas of corporate communications of a global specialty chemicals group. As a trainee, you will change your area of assignment approximately every 6 months in order to get to know all areas of our company including external and internal communications, market communications, and an additional department.

The application for this program takes place once a year and the recruitment is normally on the 1st of October.
Master's degree with at least 3 months of experience in communications.
As a trainee, you will develop your professional skills on the job and through workshops and seminars. During the communications trainee programs period, you will have the opportunity to attend several other courses. Upon request and depending on business needs, personalized training courses are also possible. When possible, the trainee might be offered a position in the communications department and may even have the opportunity to work abroad depending on business needs.
