Trainee Program in Finance

In the Finance trainee program at Evonik, you will have the opportunity to look at the topic from different perspectives and take on real responsibilities.

Over a period of 15 months, you will gain insight into the global finance and controlling functions of Evonik Industries AG and get to know the work processes in an international group by working at various locations.

You can start our trainee program in August, September, or October 2023. 

The application period runs until April 11, 2023. Please apply online with your complete application documents. For a complete application, please submit not only a cover letter and CV, but also employer and degree certificates and, if applicable, current academic grades.

Master's degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on financial management, controlling, and/or accounting.

Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

After the successful completion of the Finance trainee program, permanent employment with Evonik is guaranteed.
