THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM AT EVONIK
During our 18-month trainee program in General Management, you will learn about the various business areas at Evonik. The program includes projects in the following areas:
- Marketing & Sales
- Sustainability
- Strategy
You can explore additional areas, such as HR, Controlling, Innovation, Production, and Procurement based on your interests and specializations. Our HR teams work with you to customize your program and support your personal and technical development.
As part of the Evonik group network, you will learn from the best, and a senior management employee assigned as your mentor. In addition, you will work on a social and sustainability project with other Evonik trainees.
Expand your technical and methodological skills along with the trainees in other functional areas and develop your professional network.
The trainee program includes a three-month stay abroad, and it starts on September 1st, 2023.
