As a Procurement trainee, you will gain intensive insights into this function in a leading global specialty chemicals group!

During the 15-month trainee program in Procurement, you will get to know the work processes of an international group and rotate between various workstations. You will also be mentored by experienced managers from the Procurement organization.

You will develop your skills on-the-job by taking on your own projects and through seminars and training sessions on topics like project management, presentation skills, and intercultural communications.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a project with a social and sustainability angle along with other Evonik trainees.
A 3-month stay abroad is also part of the program.

Become part of our global Procurement team from September 01, 2023 (or later in 2023), and kick-start your management career in the Evonik Group. Preferably Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, with affinity to procurement/supply chain and above-average academic results. Good to very good knowledge of German and English.
After the successful completion of the Procurement trainee program, permanent employment with Evonik is guaranteed. Examples of possible roles are Sourcing Manager, and Manager of Procurement Processes.
