Trainee Program in Sustainability
Our sustainability trainee program looks at the issue of sustainability at Evonik from various perspectives and gives you the responsibility.
Are you passionate about sustainability? Are you looking for an exciting way to start your professional career?
During our 18-month trainee program, you will rotate through various functions and activities relating to sustainability at Evonik. That includes working in the functional area of “Group Sustainability” and participating in sustainability projects in other Evonik units, such as our Chemicals divisions, Lifecycle Management, ESHQ, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement.

In addition, you will be able to further develop your technical and methodological skills – both on and off the job – through seminars and training sessions, for instance in the areas of project management and presentation training. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project relating to social and sustainability issues. The activities are carried out collaboratively with other Evonik trainees.
The program also includes a three-month stay abroad.
Starting on September 1, 2023, join our global Sustainability Community, which has employees in a wide range of businesses and functions.

A completed scientific, technical, or business administration degree with a focus on sustainability.
