If I were to describe my first week at Evonik as an Employer Branding intern in 2 words, it would be 'life changing'. In a sense that there is always something to look forward to everyday; the workplace in general is very fun, filled with positive and helpful individuals. Everyone values one another, which I think is such a vital factor in creating a positive workplace in general.
