赢创全球入职管理团队荣获最佳入职体验铜奖

凭借稳定良好的员工体验,赢创旗下首个全球入职管理团队在新加坡2021人力资源卓越贡献奖颁奖典礼中荣获表彰。

在本年度的新加坡人力资源卓越贡献奖颁奖典礼上,赢创全球入职管理团队荣获最佳入职体验铜奖。关于设立这一新奖项的原因,人力资源卓越贡献奖主办方HR Online表示:“在重建全球经济、适应新工作方式的当下,员工体验(EX)成为每一家企业的关注焦点。”

 

 

人力资源卓越贡献奖的评奖依据包括商业挑战、转型战略、影响力与知识点。各个奖项还设有确切的评价指标,依据不同公司的标准来设置。根据评选规则,入职管理类奖项将被授予从员工入职第一天到逐渐融入工作岗位的过程中,能够提供亲切指导,使他们具备必要知识与技能、希望为团队做出宝贵贡献的组织。”
