赢创全球入职管理团队荣获最佳入职体验铜奖
凭借稳定良好的员工体验，赢创旗下首个全球入职管理团队在新加坡2021人力资源卓越贡献奖颁奖典礼中荣获表彰。
在本年度的新加坡人力资源卓越贡献奖颁奖典礼上，赢创全球入职管理团队荣获最佳入职体验铜奖。关于设立这一新奖项的原因，人力资源卓越贡献奖主办方HR Online表示：“在重建全球经济、适应新工作方式的当下，员工体验（EX）成为每一家企业的关注焦点。”
人力资源卓越贡献奖的评奖依据包括商业挑战、转型战略、影响力与知识点。各个奖项还设有确切的评价指标，依据不同公司的标准来设置。根据评选规则，入职管理类奖项将被授予“从员工入职第一天到逐渐融入工作岗位的过程中，能够提供亲切指导，使他们具备必要知识与技能、希望为团队做出宝贵贡献的组织。”
赢创入职管理团队一向关切新员工的体验。为帮助新人顺利融入公司，该团队开发出一整套数字资源，提供多种便捷易用的工具，引导他们迅速找准工作方向，充分适应新岗位。这些资源中包括一个交互式内部网站，为员工提升工作表现开辟便利的数字信息渠道，增进他们对赢创业务线及生产基地的了解，并引导他们参与多样性理念及业务培训活动。每一位新员工将进入各自的Microsoft Teams信息群组，并参加线上入职培训，从入职赢创第一天起便积极培养强烈的文化认同与集体归属感。
