Regular onboarding events

To welcome you as a new hire, we hold informative Welcome Events every month. There you will learn where to find the most important information about Evonik and how to take advantage of the many learning and development opportunities. The virtual onboarding events are also a great way to build your network at Evonik.

Support of your supervisor in your onboarding process

To provide you with the best possible support when joining the company, we work closely with your supervisor to develop an onboarding program that is tailored to your needs. Supervisors and team colleagues quickly become mentors.
