Stepstone awarded Evonik as one of the top employers in Germany – For a survey, based on a total of 1.1 million data, Stepstone, the largest job platform in Germany, created a ranking of the top employers for 2020. Only companies with more than 60 reviews and at least 30 comments were included in the ranking. The survey took place between January and October 2020. The result: Evonik is one of the TOP 5 best employers in Germany – across all industries!  

The analysis is based on its own algorithm, which refers to special quality standards, takes the up-to-dateness of the given answers of the employers into account and weights them accordingly. Evonik scored particularly well in terms of work safety and social benefits.
