Evonik listed again among "Top 100 Excellent Employers of China"  

For the tenth consecutive year, Evonik has been recognized as a "Top 100 Excellent Employer of China." Evonik also earned individual awards under other categories.

The selection process for the "Employer Excellence of China" award involves evaluating hundreds of  companies. The criteria include assessing growth plans, HR strategies aligned with business development, talent retention capabilities, and the impact of training and development programs on talent growth.

Evonik stood out and earned several awards under the categories of “Excellence in Organizational Innovation”, “Digital HR Excellence”, “Women's Leadership”, and “Employee Care”. Evonik's investment in and practice of human resources have helped the company achieve market leadership, business growth, and sustainable development in China. Additionally, the 2024 "Grow Beyond Yourself" program received the "Excellence in ESG Attraction" award.
