Evonik Product Show wins China Best HR Program 2025 Award

On September 12, 2025, the OneFLAG® AWARDS ceremony, hosted by HRflag, a leading research and technology service company in China, was grandly held in Shanghai. This award aims to recognize outstanding executives, teams, and projects in the field of human resource management in China, attracting 2,053 submissions from 18 countries and regions. After more than 120 days of rigorous evaluation, a committee of global and domestic HR experts professionally screened all applications based on three criteria: “Innovation,” “Performance,” and “Value Demonstration,” ultimately selecting 161 outstanding projects.
 
The Evonik Product Show, with its unique innovative activities and positive impact on employee health, successfully distinguished itself among numerous competitors, winning the OneFLAG® AWARDS — “Best HR Program 2025.”
 
Why did we win? Because this program is more than a product showcase. It’s a platform that brings our people closer to our business, strengthens belonging, and shows what being #PartofSomethingSpecial truly means:

Meanwhile, the Evonik Product Show has successfully completed five sessions, approximately 2,572 employees participated in the events, with an on-site participation rate of 30%, while around 1,862 employees engaged in online interactions.
