Evonik Wins kununu Top Company Award Again
The award is presented by kununu, the leading employer rating platform in German-speaking countries. It is awarded to companies that have received particularly good ratings on kununu. Only around five percent of all employer profiles on the platform qualify for the Top Company award.
This is the third time in a row that Evonik has received the award since kununu changed the conditions for the 2022 seal and significantly increased the requirements.
To qualify as a Top Company 2024, a number of requirements must be met within the last twelve months:
- At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created.
- A kununu score of at least 3.8 stars, both overall and for employee reviews. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
- The kununu rating score of employees must be at least 3.8 stars in the last twelve months.
- At least two new employee reviews in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating.
Of all the employer seals on the market, the Top Company seal from kununu enjoys the greatest recognition in German-speaking countries. The special feature: The award is not presented by a jury, but solely on the basis of independent ratings on the company profile. This data-based and independent awarding of the seal guarantees an authentic assessment of the company's presentation.
