I would like to meet Jack Ma, a Chinese entrepreneur. There’s a recent ongoing debate on IT companies’ 996 work schedule, a work practice referring to work from 6am to 6pm for six days a week. What past experience of your life do you cherish the most/ gave you a valuable memory?
There are many: I spent two years in the military. There, I, for example, swam in the sea and set up tents in mountains. I tasted from the four flavors of life!* When I look back on my life, the things I used to believe as meaningless, all turned out to be great memories, serving as inspiration for me.
*four flavors of life: A chinese saying, meaning that the reflection on different events in life can be divided into the categories sweet, sour, bitter and spicy.. "Tasting" all four tastes are important for a person's development and growth.
