North America Rotational Engineering Program

Established in 2011, the North America Rotational Engineering Program (NAROT) has been pivotal in developing future leaders in engineering and business roles at Evonik. Our goal is to provide the tools and development opportunities necessary for program participants to become instrumental contributors to the success of Evonik and their own individual careers.

This two-year program is structured to give recent engineering graduates a variety of hands-on experiences at two different locations in North America. At each of these sites, our rotational engineers are expected to gain exposure to multiple aspects of engineering while providing value-added support. Additionally, there are endless opportunities for program participants to further develop their skills and build strong relationships within the organization.
