North America Rotational Engineering Program

Established in 2011, the North America Rotational Engineering Program has been pivotal in developing future leaders in engineering and business. Our goal with the Rotational Engineering Program is to provide our young engineers with the tools and development opportunities necessary to become instrumental contributors to our company’s success.

The program is structured to give recent engineering graduates a variety of experiences at two different sites in North America over the span of two years. At these sites, our rotational engineers are expected to gain exposure to multiple aspects of engineering while providing value-added support. Additionally, there are endless opportunities for our rotational engineers to further develop their skills, build their network, and develop strong relationships within the organization.
