I have definitely learned to be more critical of new developments and research results. This is essential if you want to contribute to a better world through your own developments and work.

What makes the job as engineer at Evonik so rewarding?

In a large company like Evonik, such enormous material and energy flows are converted in production that CO2 emissions can be reduced in the kiloton range through savings in the low percentage range - if that is not impact! I also look forward to working with my colleagues at Evonik every day. I already have the feeling that above-average smart, motivated, and charismatic people are gathering here.
