What does human chemistry mean to you?
For me, as a non chemist, chemistry is mixing different substances and liquids to get a very good end result. And human chemistry is similar to mixing of people with different mindsets, different skills coming from different cultures to get a high performance team and to have a very successful team in the end. And only with these different additives of a team, it works very well.
Whats the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job ist hat I have the opportunity to work with a team of highly motivated and committed people, that I have the opportunity to improve things, to bring in my own ideas and implement them. And the most important thing ist hat I have the opportunity to now learn something new everyday.
Who could you not do your job without and why?
Most important to my success, basically is my team, my colleagues, my supervisors, because without my team, I couldnt achieve these great results. And without getting the trust from my supervisor and giving me the creative leeway to do whatever I like to do and to implement things and try things out, it wouldnt work and I couldnt be successful.
