Embrace the Change Like Renée

I started with Air Products in the Career Development rotational program with my degree in Chemical Engineering. During this time Air P was acquired by Evonik. After various roles in process controls, process engineering, and asset management at multiple sites I participated in Evonik Explorers and was asked to consider a role in Procurement.  It was not a function I had previously considered, but the role gave me the chance to manage people and work with all BLs in the Americas so I was excited to give it a shot.
