Have you always wanted to work in sales?
My passion for sales developed throughout my career. Originally, I was fascinated by the dynamics of the market and the opportunity to have a direct impact on business results. Over time, I realized that sales is much more than just closing deals; it's about building relationships, understanding needs, and providing customized solutions. These aspects have reinforced my decision to work in sales and continuously fueled my enthusiasm for it.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
I would advise my younger self to be open to new experiences and to take every opportunity to learn. Networking and building relationships are essential, so be brave, ask questions, and seek out mentors. And don't forget that resilience is crucial in sales - every rejection is a chance to learn and improve. Stay curious and engaged, as these qualities will take you far.
