After completing her Master's degree in Life Sciences, Gaëlle joined Evonik in 2008 as a Process Engineer. She then started as a Six Sigma Project Manager (Black Belt). In 2010 she moved to Supply Chain & Procurement and worked as a Supply Chain Consultant. A little bit over two and half years later, she took on a new role as Supply Chain Manager.

From 2014 to 2016, she was a Product Manager and then switched to a role as Market Segment Manager in 2017. In 2019, she took on a new role as Business Development Director. After two years, she became Vice President Pharma & Food Ingredients. In her current position, Gaëlle is Head of Global Business Segment Biopharma Solutions.
