Trainee Program in Finance
In the Finance trainee program at Evonik, you will have the opportunity to look at the topic from different perspectives and take on real responsibilities.

Over a period of 18 months, you will gain an insight into the global financial world of Evonik Industries AG and get to know the work processes of an international company by working at various locations.

From your first day on the job, you will have the opportunity to expand your network and lay the foundation for your career in controlling and finance! In addition, you will develop your professional and methodological skills both on and off the job through seminars and training, such as project management or presentation training. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project related to social and/or sustainability issues. These activities are carried out together with other Evonik trainees.
An international assignment is also part of the program.

- You have completed your Master's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on financial management, controlling, and/or accounting above average.
- You have initial practical experience (for example, through internships), knowledge in the field of digitalization/predictive forecasting/big data analytics.
- You can already demonstrate your mobility through initial international experiences.
- You bring negotiation-level German and English language skills in both spoken and written form.
- Your operational and procedural understanding regarding end-to-end responsibility is highly developed.
- You view matters holistically and from various perspectives and develop creative solutions independently.
- Among your strengths are a high degree of interpersonal competence and empathy, as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are a team player.
After successfully completing the program, a permanent position is guaranteed.
