As a trainee, get to know the different perspectives in communications at a specialty chemicals company and prepare yourself for your management career!
Discover the dvierse tasks and roles of corporate communications during your 18-month trainee program. As a trainee, you will usually change your area of work every 6 months to get to know all areas of communication, such as external and internal communication, market communication, etc. better.

As a trainee, you will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and take part in specific training courses and events. These take place together with other trainees from the Evonik Group, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas and expand your network from your first day at work.
We will design the course of the program with you individually and promote your personal and professional development.
As part of the Group network, you will learn from the best and be mentored by a senior manager.
A three-month stay abroad is part of the trainee program.

Master's degree with at least 3 months of experience in communications.
As a trainee, you will develop your professional skills on the job and through workshops and seminars. During the communications trainee programs period, you will have the opportunity to attend several other courses. Upon request and depending on business needs, personalized training courses are also possible. When possible, the trainee might be offered a position in the communications department and may even have the opportunity to work abroad depending on business needs.
