Legal Trainee Program
Our 24-month Legal trainee program offers a comprehensive insight into the global tasks and activities of our Legal function.
You will gain hands-on experience in various practice areas and in national and international teams of experts and project teams, which will enable you to understand the working methods and processes of our legal department in a global corporation.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced colleagues from our legal organization and accompanied by a manager as a mentor at our locations in Germany (e.g. Essen, Hanau, Marl and Berlin) and internationally (e.g. Piscataway, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore or Dubai).

Together with other Evonik trainees from different functions and areas, you will have the opportunity to further develop your professional and methodological skills on and off the job in seminars and training courses such as project management or presentation training. You will also have the opportunity to participate in joint projects on social or sustainable topics.
Our trainee program in the Legal function starts on November 1.

- Completed 1st and 2nd state law exams with above-average results
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, ideally developed through a stay abroad
