Trainee Program in General Management

As a trainee, you get to know a specialty chemicals group from every angle and prepare yourself for a management career at Evonik.

During our 18-month General Management Trainee Program, you will get to know the different business areas of Evonik. The program includes projects in the following areas

  • Marketing & Sales
  • Sustainability
  • Strategy

You can also explore other areas such as HR, Controlling, Innovation, Production and Procurement, depending on your interests and specializations. Our HR teams will work with you to customize your program and support your personal and professional development.

As part of the Evonik Group network, you will learn from the best and be assigned a mentor from senior management. In addition, you will work with other Evonik trainees on a social and sustainability project.

Together with trainees from other functional areas, you will broaden your technical and methodological skills and develop your professional network.

The trainee program includes a three-month stay abroad.

Above-average degree in science/technology with a business focus or business administration degree .
