Trainee Program in Supply Chain Management

Do you want to immerse yourself in supply chain management and put your skills to the test in an international company?
During the 18-month trainee program, you will get to know the entire spectrum of supply chain management at Evonik. This includes an introduction to the operational business as well as the strategic supply chain functions and related areas such as logistics, sustainability and business process management.
As a trainee, you will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and take part in specific training courses and events. These take place together with other trainees from the Evonik Group, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas and expand your network from your first day on the job.
We design the trainee program together with you and promote your personal and professional development. As part of the Group network, you will learn from the best and be mentored by a senior manager. You will also be involved in a social or sustainable project with other Evonik trainees.
The trainee program also includes a three-month stay abroad.

Master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business informatics or business administration with a focus on supply chain management, logistics or comparable with above-average results. Good to very good knowledge of German and English.
After successfully completing the program, permanent employment is guaranteed. Examples of positions after completing the program are Supply Chain Manager, Business Process Manager.
