The HR Trainee Program offers a highly differentiated and holistic learning journey through the HR world of a leading global specialty chemicals company.
You have just completed your studies or are about to graduate and would like to contribute your knowledge and creative ideas to our company without being tied to a specific job? Over a period of 18 months, with 6 3-month rotations, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the HR function of an international company and learn about operational and strategic HR management at various locations in Germany and abroad.
We offer you
- Flexibility
