During the 18-month Procurement Trainee Program, you will learn about the work processes of an international corporation and rotate between different workstations. You will also be mentored by experienced managers from the Procurement organization.

You will develop your skills on the job through your own projects and through seminars and training on topics such as project management, presentation skills and intercultural communication.
You will also have the opportunity to work with other Evonik trainees on a social and sustainability project.
A three-month stay abroad is also part of the program.

Preferably Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, with affinity to procurement/supply chain and above-average academic results. Good to very good knowledge of German and English.
After the successful completion of the Procurement trainee program, permanent employment with Evonik is guaranteed. Examples of possible roles are Sourcing Manager, and Manager of Procurement Processes.
