Trainee Program in Sustainability

Our Sustainability Trainee Program looks at sustainability at Evonik from different perspectives and gives you responsibility.

Are you passionate about sustainability? Are you looking for an exciting start to your career?

During our 18-month trainee program, you will rotate through various functions and activities related to sustainability at Evonik. This includes working in the functional area of Group Sustainability and participating in sustainability projects in other Evonik units, such as our Chemicals divisions, Lifecycle Management, ESHQ, Supply Chain Management and Procurement.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and methodological skills - both on and off the job - through seminars and training sessions, such as project management and presentation training. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project related to social and sustainability issues. These activities are carried out in cooperation with other Evonik trainees.

The program also includes a three-month stay abroad.

A completed scientific, technical, or business administration degree with a focus on sustainability.
