Trainee Program in IT
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for IT? Join our IT trainee program and put your knowledge to the test while implementing your creative ideas!
Over the course of 18 months, our IT Trainee Program offers you a comprehensive insight into the IT department of an international company. You will work across multiple locations and be actively involved in exciting IT projects and processes.

From day one, you will be supported by experienced IT colleagues from our community of approximately one thousand IT professionals worldwide. In addition, selected managers will mentor you and you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through on-the-job training, workshops and seminars. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a project that focuses on social and sustainability issues.
Our IT trainee program includes a three-month project assignment abroad, which is an important part of our program and offers an entry into an IT management career within the Evonik Group. Upon completion of the program, you will have various opportunities to work in one of the many IT roles at Evonik, such as IT Product Manager, IT Solution Architect or IT Project Manager.
The trainee program starts on November 1.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering or business, natural sciences or engineering with a strong affinity for IT and above-average grades
Fluent in German and English
After the successful completion of the IT trainee program, permanent employment with Evonik is guaranteed.
